About Pikesville Straight Rye Whiskey

Pikesville Straight Rye Whiskey is a 6-year-old rye whiskey that was first produced in Maryland in the 1890s. After a hiatus during Prohibition, it reemerged as the last standing Maryland rye brand. Crafted by Heaven Hill Distillery, this whiskey is distilled at the historic Bernheim Distillery in Louisville and aged in premier rickhouses in Bardstown, Kentucky. The whiskey is made from a mash bill of rye, corn, and barley, capturing the spicy character that traditional Maryland ryes are known for
